This is a virtual PBX for your VoIP based phone system.
Axon Virtual PBX Windows Software provides help with managing phone calls for your business or call center. It works with Windows environment and can support 64 telephone lines and any number of extensions in your business premises. This tool could be combined with other software available from the developers to create customizable phone system solutions for your business. The PBX offers features like managing calls (receiving calls, transferring to the right extension, etc.). Call transfer, hold and record facilities are available. Serving on-hold music is possible. Voice mail support can be set up for all the active extensions. Predictive dialer for outbound call centers is offered. Digital call routing over a network is available. It could work through VoIP services like the Skype connect accounts and/or through public landline network.
All the features are managed through a web-like control panel that can be accessed from anywhere. It also offers video calling features but will depend on if you licensed the version that supports it. The basic version is free and could either be used for initial trial or on a regular basis for a small business. Other features available through separate applications and that could be integrated include auto call attendant, call recording, on-hold messages, dictation support and call conferencing are features available additionally. Installation and initial configuration is simple as is the operation interface. It offers a call queuing and sequencing feature for call center operation. This is a very good tool and could be tried out if you need the PBX features offered.
